I'm Waleed. I've been on both sides of this broken market: a builder whose work got ignored, and a buyer burned by tools that overpromised. Great software loses to big ad budgets every day. So I built PanX, and ToolSeekr with it.

The rules here
- Votes decide what rises. Every ranking comes from the community, never from ad spend.
- Sponsors are labeled. They get visibility, not vote power.
- The ranking isn't for sale. I've turned down $10K for fake reviews. That's not changing.
It works. A free job-search engine listed here reached 15,000 users with zero ad spend. A Cairo art space grew revenue 400% with tools it found through this approach. The right tools exist. Now they can be found.
